Far infrared floor heating "HEATPLUS" [Also adopted in nursery schools!]

I want to introduce it to the facility, but I'm worried about the price and safety, so I can't make a proposal... If it's a low-cost floor heating system with world-class safety certification, I can actively propose it!

The floor heating system "HEAT PLUS" uses a surface heating element coated with a carbon heating element (carbon) on PET film. When constructing childcare facilities or nursing homes, there is a desire to introduce floor heating. However, are there concerns about safety and cost that prevent owners from making proactive proposals? "HEAT PLUS" is a floor heating system that adopts a fully controlled electric system, taking into account electricity costs and low-temperature burns, allowing safe use for everyone from children to the elderly. It has good workability and can be installed in areas like changing rooms where heat shock is likely to occur. It supports the creation of a comfortable living environment in childcare and nursing facilities without drying out the indoor air. 【Features】 ○ Low initial and running costs ○ Free cut method that can be cut to fit the installation location ○ Adoption of a fully controlled electric system (prevention of forgetting to turn off) ○ Obtained world-standard safety certification ○ No harmful electromagnetic waves generated ◎ For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog. ★ We are also accepting simple estimates just by sending a floor plan (with direction indicated) via email! ★

[Underfloor Heating Construction Case] PTC Pokara Children's Welfare Facility Relocation and Renovation Project (Fukushima Prefecture)

We will introduce the floor heating installation work associated with the relocation and renovation of the welfare facility.

The sheets are laid out over almost the entire facility and are designed to be operated in each area with 12 controllers. A groove of 80mm width was created in the concrete slab, particle board, and plywood flooring to establish the wiring route. Waterproof treatment was applied to the wiring route, and the wiring for the floor heating sheets was installed. Insulation resistance and combined resistance measurements were taken for each system to confirm there were no issues. Controllers were installed in various locations, and the installation was completed. After turning on the switch, temperature measurements were conducted approximately 30 minutes later, and a steady increase in temperature was confirmed. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*
